Unless you've hard coded your system then it's most likely already set
to autoneg (you can view existing settings using ethtool eth0) You may
need to ask your network admin to verify the port settings on your LAN
switch.<br>

Having said that I saw this similar problem for the forcedeth module
but I see you have tg3 which I've never had issues with. It may be
something to do with your old update 4 installation but I don't have
any experience with that specific version.<br>

For now, I put another NIC (because I was working on the iLO) and stop
the apmd service because it has something to do with the networks
issue&nbsp; (suspend and resume when saving power), and till now every thing
is going fine but i dont know if the problem would exist again or not.
