Hi guys....

The problem was on the motherboard built in NIC, so for sure it will be in
HCL, and i dont exactly get the type of the server but i think its HP
mini-tower series. The new NIC that I put is working fine until now.
Am wondering if the apmd service has something to do with this (it just an
assumption), I know that the service is for power saving and I read the
apm-scripts, it suspends and resumes network service, and if that any power
saving configuration from BIOS that affect somehow.

Regards
Mohammad
