Anyone having upload permission problems with vsftpd-1.2.1-3E.12?

Hi all,

I updated our one-and-only RHEL3 FTP server with the latest vsftpd RPM
(1.2.1-3E-12) from 1.2.1-3E-6 two days ago. Since then, uploaded files
are coming through with strange (seemingly random) permissions. I
downgraded vsftpd back to 1.2.1-3E-6 and the problem disappeared.

Anyone else seeing this?
