RHEL 4 or 5 AS 64Bit OS 2007-08-16 - By Justin Zygmont
Back I think 5 would have a better chance of having the driver for the perc5i, it just comes down to being newer, and probably less hassle. For example a program like mediawiki required php5, so if you have rhel4 your out of luck. Unless you want to upgrade all over again later, it could save you the wasted time.
