We have a Falcom Twist USB GSM modem that we use to send SMSs from our
servers to support desk.
I have managed to successfully set up this device on openSUSE 10.2 to
test it but have been less successfull on Red Hat Enterprise 3.

My question is how do I get it to show up as ttyUSB0 or something similar?
Do I have to load any additional modules, devices or configurations?
