I have a HP proliant DL380 G4 server running RHEL AS 3 update 4. I need
to determine the number of cores in
the processor for licensing purposes.

I am aware you can cat /proc/cpuinfo and it display the following but
how do I find the number of cores it has and whether it dual core or
single core?
