Question about use of smartd.conf

Question about use of smartd.conf

2003-12-11       - By Steven W. Orr

 Back
I created a smartd.conf:

/dev/sda -d scsi -m root@(protected)
/dev/sdb -d scsi -m root@(protected)
/dev/sdc -d scsi -m root@(protected)
/dev/hda -d ata -m root@(protected)

When I started smartd I got the following output. I 'm curious about the
modprobe errors and also why it complained about /dev/sdd (which doesn 't
exist and is not mentioned in the conf file).

Anyone have any experience with this?
