Network Traffic Monitor

Network Traffic Monitor

Can someone recommend a traffic monitor I can drop onto my valhalla box?
I have a site that is getting poor network transfer, but I think it is
just a volume issue. I 'd like to monitor the traffic on the lan for a
couple of days to get an idea what is going on.
Basically, they have an NT server serving files. They have an
engineering department that open and work with 200 meg autocad files on
a daily basis. I 'd like to see their network traffic information to see
if the bottleneck is in the server.

Thanks.
