Before I begin, I want to say that I 'm totally new to Linux..so forgive me
if I don 't know anything. :) Here 's my problem: I host several things on my
computer. I have a FTP site, Apache, and several MOO games. (MOO games are
interactive text games that operate with a MOO server program and a port,
for your information.) After I turn on my computer and start up all the
programs after bootup, everything works fine. After I let my computer idle
for some undetermined time, it starts denying access to everything. I can 't
even enter it from a computer on the network. I called the ISP to check with
them if they have any security features that will do this and they said no.
I truly have no idea what is wrong. Can someone help me? (Remember, you
would have to explain things in very very simple terms. :))
