Come to think about it, the last time I talked someone through this procedure the colo was in the far East (depending on your orientation of course, it 's probably considered 'down ' north from the land of OZ), and the professional Windows-Rebooter I had to talk through this was named Mr. Ping. What a fantastic name for that job.
