Hi,
I have landed up in an unusual problem. I have a a/c named tayyeb_m.
Using the redhat-config-users command I added this user to the root group
thinking that this a/c would have the same privileges as the root.
But when I logged in as tayyeb_m in CLI mode what is got was only '$ ' prompt
instead of "[tayyeb_m @(protected) tayyeb_m] ". I even have lost the feature of
the command completion which used to occur when pressing the tab button and
many other features. Then I removed the user from the root group but yet the
problem persists. Please help.
And also let me know how to add a user with same privileges as the root.
