Just got 7.3 running after discovering the i586 kernel was not
included in the 5 CD 's for this version...:-( Had to download
kernel-2.4.18-10.i586 and it 's 13 MBytes. Now it runs but...
Found the "Network Druid " and it 's been a huge failure! It
didn 't set up my modem properly. In fact it screwed it up so badly I had
to reset it with my version 7.2 linux. When I tried to enable the
settings it put up a small window that said something like enable and
then just sat there until I rebooted the whole thing. Needless to say I
got nothing set up. I looked at the 7.3 documentation and as usual there
is very little on Network Druid. It just says enable and I guess it
should but it doesn 't.
Anyone else have this problem?
