   My primary server is currently running on a mid-tower and I 'd like
to move to a 1U rack. I have one quick question for anyone who might
know.


    "If the system is only doing web, mail & ftp would running with
duel processors be of any benefit? "


   My first instinct is no, I 'd be better off with more RAM and
faster drives, but I wanted to make sure.
