Do you mean that you have not been able to retrieve mail from the server even though you are certain that you have mail waiting for you? Did you check to see if /var/spool/mail/username existed (where username is your username)?
No that 's not what I mean - I checked the /var/spool/mail/root directory where I was sending the e-mails to and the e-mails I sent to it are not there. I was sending them to root@(protected)
