Hello folks,
I installed Redhat 7.3 on my desktop. The installation went smoothly.
Redhat detected my vedeo card (Radeon 7000 with 32Mb) and the X server
test worked fine. But when I reboot the machine and startx, I saw
distorted window image and many vertical lines. Both keyboard and mouth
were locked. I looked at the web. Someone said the card works in 8 bit
mode. I checked it was indeed the case. But has any one successfully
make the 24 bit work?
