Well, i 've finally found the problem, in the /var/named/ the named.ca and named.local files were missing. hanks for the tip on the var/log/message file just checking this file solved the problem.
But there`s something wrong with the RH install, `cause in our tests we installed about 5 pc`s without dns server (bind) and 1 with it, later when the bind was installed in the only machine it actually worked only in the last one (which bind was installed from the beginning).
anyway, thanks for the help.
About NFS it stills behaving slow. its configured with rsize and wsize 8192 but sometimes the machine answers showmount -e host and sometimes not.
