I tried installing RH7.3 on a server with a 39160 controller card. It
goes into an endless search for the driver at the beginning of the
installation. I went to the Apaptec site and they say that the drivers
are found on the RH CD. The patch they provide... (I think!?!) assumes
you already have the card installed and working properly. Here comes
the wierd part... I removed the 39160 and attached an IDE HDD. After
the installation, I inserted the card, kudzu found it and installed it
just fine. I reboot the machine and when it gets to updating /etc/fstab
goes into another infinitely long search.

I want to install it from the beginning...so how do I perform this action?
