Um, the specfile you attached is not the Red Hat Linux specfile. You
need to download the kernel- <version >.src.rpm (called an SRPM). Not
the kernel-source- <version >.i386.rpm, which is used for building custom
kernels outside of the RPM build system. You may want to read one of
the many HOWTOs or help sites on building RPMs first, as you really
should understand the basics before delving into the kernel specfile.
