How to treat these emails?

HI,

We have a redhat 7.3 email server.  Recently, some users receive a huge
amount of un-expected mails.  Basically, they can be divided into two
categories:

1. With the subject like "Detail", "Proposal approved", "Thanks" etc.
Certainly, they are the virus "Blaster", "SoBig" etc.  My question is: is
there any antivirus software that can be installed on rh7.3 linux server
level so that the viruses can be stopped at server level and users will
not see those mails?

2. Some users received a lot of mails like "Returned mail: User unknown",
"Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender", "VIRUS IN YOUR MAIL"
etc. that claim that my this user sent a mail to them, but failed or the
mail has virus.  However, my this user never sent any mails to these
addresses (even does know them at all).  My this user's windows system is
clean (scanned by updated Norton Antivirus many times, always clean).
How to treat this case?  Does that mean somebody else is using this
user's email address or our emial server in some way to send junk mails
out?  If yes, how to stop that?

Please help!  I greatly appreciate it!

Hongwei
