Up2date certificate update RPM fails install

Up2date certificate update RPM fails install

When I try to install the up2date RPM certificate upgrade for RH9.0, it fails
on dependency.  Also I can't run rhn_register without it hanging up on
"Preview Privacy Policy".
Reinstalling RH9.0, the same result.
I cannot run up2date.
I tried RH Network help, but they advised me to remove a userid file which did
not exist in my sysconfig/rhn folder.
I am at my wits end trying to figure out why following the instructions to
update my 9.0 won't work.
Any help gratefully acknowledged and appreciated.
Denis
