internet gateway with one nic

internet gateway with one nic

I hope someone can help here. I have a RH7.3 box which was acting as
router for our network, but having made some changes I cannot get it
to work now whatever I try. Does anyone have a list of step-by-step
instructions as to how to I can get this working again.

Before anyone asks, yes the box has one nic and I'm not concerned with
security because it actually connects to another firewall. I just want
this so that all traffic within the department goes via one point
rather than direct to the firewall.

The redhat box's IP is 10.0.0.2, the firewall it needs to forward all
traffic to is 10.0.0.1.

Any help much appreciated.

Regards,

John Harman
