Thank you very much for the info. My settings already have that marked, and
it's not working...? As you see in this email, and all the others that I
send, it doesn't make any marks. I'm using Outloook XP. I have been having
problems with this computer though. Maybe it's finally time to do the
monthly format/install.

Page down works wonders.

Second time I've given this info this week. Alas, the first was in a
personal mail, not in any archives:
Tools -> Options -> Preferences tab -> E-mail Options
The second half has the "When replying to a message" settings, and controls
for what character to use.
All references are from Outlook XP (2002). YMMV.
