7.3 Install Question

7.3 Install Question

I have installed RH 7.3 many times in the past, but I am having trouble
with my current install.  Right when the installer attempts to begin to
install the packages, I get this error:

An error occurred when trying to create /:  No space left on device.
This is a fatal error and the install cannot continue.

The HD is a 20GB HD and there is nothing on it whatsoever.  This error
occurrs even if I partition the drive with fdisk, disk druid, or have
the installer do it for me.  Any and all help is greatly appreciated...
