I don't have a clue about libstu569li.so. where does it come from?
however, I DO have a clue regarding the CDROM problem in a vanilla RH72 install. This is a bug in the original 7.2. RH issued an errata for it shortly after releasing 7.2 (as well as big bunches of other important fixes too!).
I suggest that you register for a demo account at RHN (or buy an account) then run up2date to do a full update of all errata for your system. (if you've got some kind of broadband connection it won't be too painful, but since there are a HUGE number of updates, if you're stuck on a modem it'll be pretty painful, but nevertheless you ought to do it because there are many security -- as well as bug -- fixes).
