I got error message like
useradd acb -d /home/www/html/acb
bash: useradd: command not found

Command not found is a path issue.
Try executing your commands specifying the whole path leading to the executable
, or fix your path to have it specify where to look for commands you key in.
As root, check your PATH (ie echo $PATH)
As a mere mortal do the same and notice the difference. The difference is
probably the cause of the problem.
