ftpd logs in GMT

ftpd logs in GMT

2003-06-17       - By Stephen Carville

I recently installed a new ftp server and even tho the chroot configuration of
guestgroup is identical to the old one as far as I can tell, the new server
logs ftp connect and transfers in GMT but the old server logged in local
time. "Ordinary" users are logged correctly, this only affect chrooted
accounts.

How do I tell the ftp server to log in local time?
