You've got two different versions of apache-devel in there. Delete these
two files:

apache-manual-1 (See http://ual-1.ora-code.com).3.22-5.7.1.i386.rpm
apache-devel-1 (See http://vel-1.ora-code.com).3.22-5.7.1.i386.rpm

And try again.
