That's a private IP address. Change it to a public name server such as one
of the below:

199.166.24.253 (PS0.NS3.VRX.NET) - Toronto, ON, Canada
199.166.27.4 (PS0.NS6.VRX.NET) - Richmond Hill, ON, Canada
199.166.28.10 (PS0.NS2.VRX.NET) - Apopka, Fl

you can drop the "search redhat.com" line too. Or replace redhat.com with
your domain name.
