Suggestion #1:  disable graphical boot, until you solve problem.

My first thought was your server had been compromised, so I googled for
"thirdeyemediaworks" and discovered it is possibly your own machine?  At
least, someone named Vora is associated with that domain.  Is
"rat.thirdeyemediaworks.com" the FQDN name of the problem machine, or of a
different one?

What, exactly, do you mean by "all the paths are messed up" ?  Are directories
actually missing, or are you just talking about the PATH environment?  Can you
cd to, for example, /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts ?  Are all the expected
files there?

Suggestion #2: examine /var/log/boot.log and /var/log/messages very carefully,
and also any old versions (e.g. /var/log/boot.log.1, .2, ...), to see what may
have changed since the last "good boot."  (List members may have better
suggestions on how to find such changes, but you might start there.)

I wish I could be more help.  Sorry.
