Back This may be simple.
I will guess that you have put otherdomain.dom in your /etc/mail/local-host-names file. If you added {IIRC} a Cwotherdomain.dom to your /etc/mail/sendmail.cf, this would explain it as well.
If you are not using sendmail, I can't help you. I work for a large ISP and Qmail just can't handle our requirements.
