You don't download "latest glibc rpms", BUT rpms that are made for
the particular version of the Red Hat Linux distribution you have
installed. You find those rpms on your installation media. Or you
can use the errata packages on Red Hat Network (or a mirror of
ftp://updates.redhat.com).
