how to trace the cause resulting in the crash of bind server

Hi all,

I 'm running bind ver 9.1.3 on my linux 7.2, and its getting crashed every now and then with error

named REQUIRE(*rdataset == ((void *)0)) failed
named exiting due to assertion failure

I 've come to know, it 's the vulnerability of the particular ver of bind, provided with particular ver of linux. But, my system administrator is out of station, and i cannot update it myself (no rights). I was wondering, if it 's possible to trace the ip causing this crash..

Any help (urgent and quick) will be highly appreciated

Thanx
Nitin
