Nitin , my company does this for a living...

We have a free trial on our website if you have a routeable IP address (that
is, you 're not behind a firewall or DNATing or anything)

While we 're geared more for corporate users, perhaps you 'll find this useful
and pass on the info to your IT manager or friends.

   Hi,

have a look at nmap. It is a free security scanner that can be
pointed to a host, it scans all the
ports, and prints out a nice comprehensive graphical/textual summary
of the scanned system.

   Regards,
   Geoff.

      Hello everybody,

Is there anyway, I can do a complete audit of my linux box.
I mean, I run webserver (Apache), mailserver and database servers on these
systems. I need to find all the vulnerabilities, any hacking attacks, and
all logs. I 'll appreciate any suggestion/help.

      Thanx
      Nitin
