still contains the bug

which allows any user who can run mmap() and ptrace() to "hang "
at least one CPU (prevent progress of execution in user mode.)
If you run a kernel built from that source and allow users to run gdb,
then be prepared to push the reset button, wait for a power failure,
or be adept with SysRq.
