The php src.rpm depends on imap-devel and unixODBC-devel none of which I can
find on the Taroon ISOs or through rhn.

The spec files for imap and unixODBC correctly defines -devel packages and
rebuilding the src.rpms also creates those packages.

The same thing goes for beecrypt-devel which is needed to build apt-get. To
get the missing package you have to rebuild the beecrypt src.rpm.

Why are these -devel packages not included in the distribution?
