FAQ: I am not a lawyer, but my reading of the XYZ agreement and the GPL do not match. I would think that section XXX of the XYZ agreement is nullified by the YYY section of the GPL....
Answer: To be honest, if you arent a lawyer, what you 'think ' and 1.50 will buy you some coffee at Starbucks and that is about it. If you are concerned about the agreements, you should hire a lawyer to go over the agreements and then have them contact RH and the FSF over any disagreements etc.
Doing anything else ends up being a waste of electrons, bile, and time as people will argue over things that they do not really understand, and can end up costing you in the end more in Doctors fees over ulcers than it would have in lawyer fees.
