Think of the license as a "right to use " in much the same way that a drivers license is a "right to drive ". If one of the terms of your driver 's license is that you must wear glasses in order to drive but you don 't agree to that term does that mean you can drive without glasses?
Well, you could....but if you get stopped by the police for a moving violation and they check your license and notice you are not abiding by the terms of the license what do you think will happen?
