I just received my copy of WS, ES and AS and at first glance there doesn 't
seem to be any mention of kickstart. Has kickstart been ripped out of
Enterprise 3? Also there doesn 't seem to be any way to upgrade from Red
Hat 9 to WS 3.0. Am I correct?
