Hello

I did a minimal install of RedHat Enterprise linux. Now I have a problem
when I create files with special characters like ?, ?, ...

eg: I tried to create a file h��?.txt.

but it appears as:
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 3 Dec 18 12:50 h???.txt

any ideas about missing packages? my keyboard layout is correct (be-latin1).
