  | | | Scheduling reboots via RHN | Scheduling reboots via RHN 2004-01-20 - By David J. Bianco
Back I 've been experimenting with scheduling system reboots through RHN. The
interface says that I can schedule a reboot "no sooner than " a given date
and time. However, I 'm finding that the machine always reboots as soon
as it checks in with RHN and downloads the reboot instruction.
In other words, even if I schedule a reboot for no sooner than tomorrow
at 4:35AM, the system will reboot within the next two hours (the maximum
time I set between RHN checks).
Has anyone else seen this behavior?
