Back I 've got samba serving unix shares to my windows machines and nfs sharing
files between my unix machines, and windows file sharing to share between
windows machines.
What 's the recommended way to share windows files on my unix machines? Or
should I just stick to FTP for that kind of thing?
I notice, as far as being able to pass shares between machines that an nfs
share can be seen via samba on windows, meaning I can see a share on my
linux box which is mounting as an nfs share on my fbsd box, which in turn
is a samba share on my windows workstation. But windows doesn 't seem to
allow that sort of chaining of shares that I 've seen.
