Hmm. It should have given you progress reports and everything. No
error messages?

Try installing openssl and then updating httpd.

Locate depends on its database being updated every morning about 4am.
If you just installed it, locate won 't find it. You could (as root)
run "updatedb ", though. It takes a minute or so to run.

That will probably work.
