I "think " if you get Outlook to encrypt the address book then you are
safe, but I 've not investigated this.

nslookup was ported to dos/win but in a current linux use "dig -x
<ip-address > ".

There is ARIN, RIPE, and (I think) APNIC covering different geographical
regions (RIPE for Europe), but they seem quite good in redirecting you
to the right one if the address is not for their region.

I used to do all these lookups by hand and then report it, but I 'd
suggest looking at www.spamcop.net which gives an automated web
interface to doing it all for you.
