That 's actually the name of the application, not the package.
[heisey (root):~]# rpm -qf `which redhat-config-authentication`
authconfig-gtk-4.3.7-1
So, as long as you have the authconfig-gtk package installed, you should be
able to run 'redhat-config-authentication '
