   Hello

A month ago I ordered RHAS 3 Academic Edition. I payed for the subscription
and have access to RHN.
But I still can 't entitle my system to a channel. I 've sent in the past
weeks several mails to customerservice@(protected) but without any reply.

Does anybody here know who you have to contact to solve this issue?
