Hi, ,

I want to set to all users to have max 16384 open file with ulimit -n but
it 's act only on root user ? When I login with another user name it 's only
1024 ? I don 't understand Why ? How can I set this value system wide ?!
I used limits.conf for that users but still 1024 ....
