I just noticed https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=108576
and tried your fix. Things are better. Before it took 2 reboots with kudzu
reconfiguring both times to get the nic to come up and be usable. Now kudzu
still wants to rm the nic but if I tell it to do nothing the nic comes up
and is usable.
I added the ifcfg-eth* modules.conf and hwconf to the above bug.
