Managment staff 40 users (IP range 10.0.0.1-40)
Other staff 60 users (IP range 10.0.0.41-100)
1 Linux box with squid working as gateway
Scenario:

Divide bandwidth in two pools. Management pool get minimum of 8Kb and other staff pool get maximum of 4Kb.
Question:

How i can do that?
Do i have to use cbq?
If i have to use cbq then how to configure cbq to perform above task?
Is there any other way to do that?
