Running scp between 7.2 and 9 systems fails for lack of scp1;
*no* package claims to provide scp1 so far as I can discover,
and symlinks don't provide the magic.
Does anybody use scp between systems not of the same release,
Does anybody get redirected to scp1, and where does scp1 come from?
(google/yahoo fails to reveal pointers to scp1)

And, the syntax would be:
rpm -q --whatprovides /usr/bin/scp1
(or whatever the path is to the file in question.)
scp1 isn't on my system, but
rpm -q --whatprovides /usr/bin/scp
yields openssh-clients...
