NFS resource won 't mount at boot

I have the following in my /etc/fstab

192.168.1.119:/punity4/Atlantica /content/www    nfs
rsize=8192,wsize=8192,timeo=14,intr

When I boot the server, it doesn't mount this resource.

if I run mount -a, it WILL mount.

There are NO errors in the logs.

Any idea WHY it won't mount at boot time?
